God is working in each of His Saints "both to will and to do of His good pleasure." (Phil.2:13) "His good pleasure" is to get us to become: "obedient unto death, even the death of the cross" so that He can raise us up in His holy power to be Christ-like, and to rule with Him in the coming world. This is the mind of Christ (Phil.2:5-13)
